your consent is no longer valid. Nevertheless, we may retain your personal
information in accordance with EU laws and regulations or EU member states to
assist with any government and judicial investigations to bring or maintain

reasons do not apply to the data we hold, we will delete and destroy your data

years of age
Our products and
services are not for people under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or

4.1 Cross-border transmission of data
As a global
operating company, we need to transfer your data to other countries/regions
within our global company. We will transfer your personal information to
countries and jurisdictions that are not members of the European Union; in
international data transmission outside the EU, we ensure that your personal
information is protected by applying the level of security required by EU
legislation. In order to transfer your data to countries outside the EU that
can’t guarantee this level of protection, we have strengthened IT security
measures to strengthen the protection of personal information. On the other
hand, we have signed data standard protection clauses adopted by the European
Commission with the transferor and require the transferor to assume
responsibilities.

If we wish to use
your personal information for new purposes not covered by this Data Protection
Statement, we will provide you with new notices to list and explain this new
purpose and related processing conditions before beginning such processing. In
this case, we will obtain a legal basis for further processing and, if

access, unauthorized disclosure and inaccessibility. Some of the security
